Do Not Buy – Scam !
This company is a scam. Their return policy is a complete lie, and honestly, I'm not even sure it's legal. Their customer service is rude and evasive. When I asked to return the wig, they dragged things out for weeks — only to finally admit they wouldn’t accept the return or issue a refund because it would cost them too much. The worst part? Before placing my order, I even reached out to ask if I could return the wig in case it didn’t look right, since there were barely any photos on the site. They reassured me with a sweet “Don’t worry, darling — you can return it and get a refund if it doesn’t suit you.” I ended up receiving a wig that had no bangs, even though I clearly ordered one with bangs. The curls were nothing like the picture either. I later did a reverse image search and found out the photos on the product page were stolen from an influencer — no wonder it didn’t match. A lot of the positive reviews are fake. If you want the truth, go to TikTok and search the brand — you’ll find plenty of videos exposing how they send the wrong wigs and flat-out lie about returns. Avoid this store at all costs.
