Overall terrible experience
Overall terrible experience. We signed up for All Time Design because we were between graphic designers and thought this could be good to fill the gaps. We signed up for their premium plan and could not have been more disappointed. For starters, they did not honor their contract, which stated that we would get same day turnaround - we never received anything in less than 4-5 days, usually longer. There was not a real time Slack chat with our designer, and there was not dedicated support. All this before you get into the quality of the designs. A high school student taking their first ever photoshop class could do better - this is not the quality of professional designers. The designs were thoughtless, lazy, and overall low quality. I should have known this was going to be a poor experience when I continued getting sales emails after signing up and being a paying customer. Truly could not recommend a vendor less. UPDATE: All Time Design replied to this email with false information about our contract as well as false information about our queue experience. They also called out employees by full name, showing a clear lack of care about user privacy. Completely unprofessional company. Stay away
