Did not record my scheduled call - unreliable and disappointing
Did not record my scheduled call - acknowledged that it was set to record. After many many attempts to get answers from customer service, it was finally acknowledged that an error on your end - that was still not explained to me properly - was to blame. My work related call needed to be recorded and this inexplicable issue caused many problems for me. Knowing this service is so unreliable and I use it for work, I will no longer be using it.
