Do not order from SheCurve
I would not order from SheCurve again. I placed an order on April 24 and paid extra for VIP expedited shipping. However, more than a week later my order hadn't even been processed for shipment. Since it was clear the item would not arrive in time, I followed the cancellation instructions on SheCurve's website and emailed the support address they provided to cancel my order. I never received a response. The order eventually shipped more than two weeks after I placed it and arrived eight days later, making the expedited shipping I paid for effectively meaningless. When the item arrived, the quality was disappointing and it did not fit according to the size chart on the website. I again contacted the company multiple times using the support email listed on their website to request a return and refund. Those emails also went unanswered. I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB attempted to contact SheCurve multiple times but received no response from the company and ultimately closed the complaint as "No Response." My biggest issue isn't just the delayed shipping or the extremely low quality product itself—it's the complete lack of customer service and lack of response to a federal organization designed to enforce company standards. If a company provides an email address for cancellations, returns, and support, customers should reasonably expect someone to respond. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.
