Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed with this company. It's been over six weeks since I submitted my return, and I still haven’t received my refund for an order totaling over £218. Customer service has been unhelpful. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from here. I have had multiple different staff making excuses that their communication system with their own warehouse is the reason for this delayed refund which is not acceptable nor is it legal to knowingly withhold a customers funds for items that I have proved have been returned. I have spent over £600 on only 2 woks, 1 saute pan a splatter cover and one frying pan and since using the ones I kept, I can say that they are liable to burn food easily, difficult to clean and certainly not worth the money that they charge. Customer services clearly use AI generic jargon and one representative even had the cheek to acknowledge my 'impatience' when I'm still waiting for a refund 6 weeks after I have proved that they have received the return. 23/08/26 update: still no refund, still no response to this review and they have not posted my review on their website either.
