Their return policy requires you to contact them within 10 days of delivery so I did contact them within 3 days of delivery over a defective device (a bad microSD card). They asked for proof so I sent them a screen recording of the device failing to accept a document transfer and a screenshot of the pictures that it ruined. When I transferred my photos to their cheap SD card, it made all the images black and white stripes or pink and green stripes or just solid gray or black squares. I sent the screenshot of these corrupted photos. When I tried to transfer text documents to their cheap SD card, the SD card would not even accept the transfer. I sent a screen recording of this happening. Then they rejected my return/refund and provided no reason or excuse for doing so. I don't believe that there is a real person named briar at their email address and it is an AI bot because it will not have a normal conversation or explain anything and just repeats the same old generic script. Plus when you call their phone number it is another AI bot recording that hangs up on you.
