Does not ship item even if they tell you they did.
Got a tracking number. It never moved. Talked to customer service by email and they said it was with USPS and that I had to contact USPS to get any more info. I contacted USPS and they told me it was never delivered to them. Had to have the bank cancel the charges and get the BBB involved as they would not answer my emails anymore and the phone goes direct to voice mail
