Most pitiful transaction
Most unsatisfactory transaction. I purchased a pair of earrings using my debit card on 2.14.24 for $92.99. As is of today’s date 3.15.24 I still have not the earrings. I sent an inquiry email to customer service. I was informed no order could be located , when I replied I would dispute the charge u then received an email stating because this was a” high demand” item there is a delay in the manufacture of the earrings to “ please be patient” sorry my patience doesn’t hold out for over a month to receive items I order on line with no disclaimer at the time of ordering. I am going to dispute the charge after all . I do not recommend doing business with chic her jewelry.
