DJI saved my a**!
DJI saved my a**!! So My partner got the Mavic Air 2. I was testing it out when it ran out of battery and couldn’t get home. It emergency landed in the trees and I was so ecstatic that it didn’t crash that it never occurred to me that I wouldn’t be able to locate it:( Hours and hours and days and weeks later, still can’t find it. And then with phone issues all flight data was lost. Technically DJI did not have to replace the drone since I didn’t have the data. It’s in the warranty. There were tons of emails and calls and finally they chose to replace it for us. And I haven’t been kicked out of the house yet so that’s a bonus:) At a time when I imagine supply chain issues affect a company like DJI, they really didn’t have to help me but chose to anyway! I gave them 4 stars as it was quite a challenge to get someone on the phone but the person that I finally spoke with was very kind and helpful. Thank you DJI!!
