High Quality
I'm a repeat customer of Tianyu. I purchased from Elena who was an amazing rep. It was a custom order for a intricate design for a diamond necklace. Elena was incredibly helpful with her advice on what would work best for the design of the necklace, and very patient with my numerous questions and the revisions I requested until it was absolutely perfect and the way I had envisioned it. The quality of the design, craftmanship and the gemstones are excellent. Communication seamless and Elena was very quick to respond to any queries or amendments I had. Shipping was smooth. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a custom design for fine jewelry made especially if it's for a more complicated design that requires good craftmanship.
