Card Codes already used
I have used Livecards many times for Steam and Apple ecodes. Initially things were okay but then I started getting cards where the code has already been used and in one case recently the codes had already been uncovered. You have to send screenshots of a particular sort for the Steam cards, most of which are an impossibility because you do not think to take a screenshot at every single process of adding it to your wallet, well I don't anyway, so they are unable to refund for those. I confess I have never bothered to ask for a refund for the Apple cards. This has got worse since they moved to their new email address. Plus I am now unable to see all my previous orders, which is very annoying because I had bought Windows 10 and can no longer access it because I had not used it yet. It's a shame because they always used to be so good and customer service on the chat is usually exceptional hence the 4*.
