Improving Customer Support
My recent experience with customer support was positive and the issue was resolved faster than usual which is a good sign of improved customer service...I wish Live Auctioneers would use their market clout to help bring shipping costs down for their bidders. High shipping costs and buyer premiums inching upwards discourage more robust bidding...fix that and Live would earn a fifth star.
