Great Support!
I bought the App for Mac a while ago and now wanted to use it again and had to install an update. The login did not work and i contacted support which helped me out very quickly. I like SW where people stand behind their work and have an easy to reach and helpful support! And by the way it still works to download the music from spotify in a secure place to have it available anywhere.
