I always use fansells as the items are good quality, good choice, and would definitely recommend them. I did have an item arrive damaged but a refund was sent straight away with no qualms and the service was excellent. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.
Always a good choice of items, the quality is great, brilliant service. As always if you have a query it is dealt with very quickly and Amy is brilliant at her job keeping you updated on progress. Fansells is my first go to for diamond paintings and cross stitch kits. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Order came in time scale. I did have a query but it was sorted out very quickly and I was very happy with the response I received
