My shoes arrived as promised, but it took close to a month, even though the sale confirmation email said they'd arrive in about 12 days. My card was charged immediately, so after 12 days with no tracking number or other communication, I replied to the email confirmation with a request to cancel the order. I got a quick reply from NicePairs within 24 hours with a tracking number. The shoes arrived about a week later. The shoes themselves are very nice, with high quality leather and stitching, and fit true to size.
