Great start, then nothing but trouble
First off, the good: Cover design was great. Formatting was done well. The bad: It took 4 months from ready to publish to getting my book in print. It was up on Amazon on ebook format much earlier, but unfortunately that was an unedited, unformatted copy! Also, I have tried to contact the company both via email and through my portal for four months now. No response. Every time I send a message through my portal, the ticket gets closed with absoltely no rsponse. I emailed my rep ad nausum with no response. In fact, the only contact I have had was a notice to renew my membership. I was supposed to get the 'membership' free. Also, I have clients waiting for books. My rep said they would ship them direct for me, but that has not happened either. I have 2 manuscripts ready for print, but unless this company makes things right and changes the way they work with their authors, I will publish elsewhere.
