Terrible - refund never received
Terrible! I ordered twice from Bubledon and both times, I had to return a part of the order due to the clothes being too big. Well, it's been well over a MONTH since I returned the clothes. Tracking shows that the the package was "Delivered to Agent". But where's my refund?? After emailing customer service, I get the default response "We will issue a refund to you once our warehouse gets your package." What is taking so long when the package says delivered on USPS? It seems like the company just doesn't want to refund me. -- edit: In response to company's reply: order #CSAM2863 and #CSAM3886. I have been waiting for over a month for my refund of $100+! This is outrageous.
