Horrible service centre experience
I had a terrible experience with the Vivo Service Center: Plot No: 1, Sy No: 19, Ravi Colony, H.No : 2-40/1/A/A, Kondapur, Telangana, Rangareddy, 500084. I honestly don’t understand how they have such a high rating. It took me more than four months just to get the back panel of my Vivo X100 pro phone replaced. After all that waiting, they finally called me and asked me to come the next day — only to give me an overpriced quote and refuse proper warranty support. I literally had to fight for my warranty rights. The whole process was exhausting and felt like they were just mocking customers instead of helping. I use to be a vivo costumer for 10 years, after this experience I'll double think to buy a vivo or not.
