We rented an expensive apartment in Barbados from Redawning for 5 days. Aircondition did not work for 3 out of 5 days, 1 day no hot water, electricity failure (only our apt) for hours. Redawning refunded less than 5% for a vacation that was 50% diminished. Legally, a refund for these failures would be around 40%. We have to sue them now (1st time in 40 yrs. of traveling) because this is F-R-A-U... Besides, we found out, that a year before, they did the same with a portuguese couple, no A/C, minimal refund. Addendum Apr 25: I sent them the whole bunch of documents (mostly our eMail exchange) shortly after their posting here. Never got even an answer... It figures!
