I would be glad to give something even lesser than 1star.. it was my 1st exp with Agoda and it was that bad, trust me.. I did a hotel booking in chennai, TN, INDIA and when i walked into the hotel and gave the ID proof the hotel had a separate policy(which was not mentioned anywhere while booking) with which they declined and demanded for additional documents. So, I had to opt fr other hotel and when reached for the refund of booking over calls - I couldnt reach them forever (always in queue for 30 mins and hungs) .. wrote some 5 seperate emails to customer service and follow up notes within 10 days.. 0 replies in return.. Imagine that good is their customer service. Lost 3.5K INR to these scumbags.. Better choice is Makemytrip and Tripadvisor - atleast from my past experience.
