Good service recovery and communication
I honestly had a very poor experience with my first “max bid” on a Swiss watch. Because I complained about the process with a 1 star review the COO reached out and explained they were changing their max bid procedures and making it more fair to the buyer. The site is a good place to sell watches and they will work with you on buying them. The automatic texts need to be toned down, but they gave me excellent service recovery and I would work with them again. Changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars. Once they clean up the auto texts and annoying emails it will be a 5 star auction site. Thanks again for reaching out and working with me.
