Worse support/customers service
I had bad customers service when ordering online but this is the Worse by far. I bought the wrong thing got a lush when I suppose to get a nora. So go on the lovense website where I bought the product and ask for cancelation or at least a email or something. I heard nothing from them and this on the same day I bought it. It was at the point that was desperate. They need to fix their customers service / support because this was ridiculous.
