Very disappointing experience with OOPBUY. I ordered multiple items and when they arrived at the warehouse, I tried to pay for shipping. However, the system suddenly told me that my “account security level is too low for payments”. Because of this, I was completely unable to ship my items. I contacted support and spent weeks trying to solve the issue. After a long time, support finally told me that they cannot fix the problem. Since I had no way to ship my items, I requested refunds. Support said refunds would be possible, but until now only 1 out of 10 items has actually been refunded. The rest of my items are still stuck in the warehouse while the storage time is running out. I paid around 200€ in total and I may lose my money because of an issue caused by their own system.
