Easybook OK, but DO NOT book Transtar (scam company)
My FULL review of booking Transtar Travel buses through easybook — booked thru site, no issues, contacted easybook to make sure my booking was successful and contacted Transtar to make sure the booking went to their side too. Unfortunately, bad experience, but seems to be on Transtar side mostly. My bus arrived 1 hour late and Transtar was uncontactable. Ofc, easybook won’t be of much help in this case. Otw back was worse. They told us to change bus halfway in the trip to this bus with XXX car plate number. Waited FOR HOURS, bus NO SHOW. Left STRANDED in middle of nowhere. Transtar has many issues they need to fix. CW7 would have been better.
