Amazing customer servic!
Amazing customer service. So I ordered a couple of bikinis for the upcoming holiday, unfortunately DHL lost the parcel…. I contacted the customer service and they helped me very well.. they kept me updating about the proces and when I felt the urgent, the upcoming holiday, they sent me a new parcel so I would have the bikinis in time. Unfortunately one of the bikinis (sale) was sold out and as a big pardon they wanted to give me a bikini from the new collection, how sweet is that!
