First 3D printer
First time getting a 3D printer after comparing several websites. The store was running a Christmas sale so decided to get it from there. Store was easy to use and navigate and the descriptions / images made it very easy to compare the various types of 3D printers. After ordering, I got e-mail confirmation that my printer would be dispatched within 3-7 days (which it didn't). After contacting the support team they informed me it was late due to stock shortage and that it would arrive shortly, which it did. The printer arrived very quickly after I got confirmation it had been dispatched and it got delivered without any faults or defects. I've been happily printing with it ever since :)
