They don't give you tracking info
I assume it's because they ship it via rc car driven by a hamster. I ordered this like 3 weeks ago. No tracking information, no confirmation saying it shipped, no updates, and my Mom that lives alone a thousand miles away didn't get her present today. Really rad, wouldn't even be an issue if I got a tracking number to let her know it would be late. I can't even tell if anyone has ever actually gotten a product from this site. When I ordered the reviews were decent, guess that was a Christmas facade.
