The dog walkers themselves are fine. It's the company itself that's a nightmare. The company structure is off base... no source for getting direct help and their mobile ap is a tangled mess. It's the company that's a mess.. not the dog walkers or caregivers. There are far better services! Do not waste your money with WAG! Plus lots of hidden fees and surprises and subscription service even when you quit it. Be very careful!
