Was accommodated after bad courier experience
Had a shipping error where the package got delivered to my neighbor (worst neighbor it possibly could have gotten delivered to) and the company sent me another one, which was successfully delivered to my door this time. So customer service was pretty understanding and the products are what they say they are, everyone uses this brand and they’re great. They look great, are great quality, and obviously the customer service works too.
