Customer Service was really good. Although both dresses arrived just stuffed into a plastic bag extremely crushed even a steamer couldn’t remove, I eventually at the risk of of damaging the dresses ironed with a pillowcase over them , not an easy job as they are very heavy and slippy , I found this really stressful, the end result though and once doing our own alterations the dresses look ok and worked for the occasion. A little aftercare for the dresses packaged better would have saved a lot of time and stress… saying all that you get what you pay for so I would say they are value for money
