Vapor . com Extended Warranty Scam
I bought an Arizer V tower love the machine but the switch was wanky. press the button 50/50 it would turn on, that was gradual. I thought to myself no problem I paid extra for an extended warranty. It took me 2 days to complete their many gatekeeping requirements just to get an RMA. But eventually I did, and shipped the tower back. Got an email 2 days ago, UPS delivered. got an email yesterday asking if I still wanted to ship it back? They won't answer their phone, or chat lines. Email is total crap show. Well 2 days to get an RMA should have told me. I've informed Arizer (very nice people) they have copies of all my interactions with Vapor . com. and have promised to make it right, but they didn't charge me 25.00 for an extended Warranty. Vapor called me today and put forth more excuses. They couldn't tell me what they did with the unit. but they'll refund me some of it. I'm into the unit for 139.68 they refunded 76.39 What would I do with the Extended Warranty for a unit they kept? They think we're stoners we'll forget. I won't gotta find a few more reviews to fill out on their craptastic service. You know who fixed it? Arizer fixed it. Instead of these Scammers you ought to buy Direct from the Manufacturer.
