DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
There is nothing that this company can do to improve because they purposely misrepresent their products. It is a scam with the inability to make returns. I paid 315.00 for a rug that is unusable, poorest quality I have ever seen and with no way to return without paying exuberant return costs. It went straight into the garbage bin - not fit to even give away. Buyer beware.
