Exemplary Customer Service…
I want to acknowledge a Customer Service Representative by the name of Janice…..In my estimation this woman went above and beyond her job description. I had an issue with a product I had previously purchased as a Xmas gift for my son. Her professionalism and communication skills are exemplary and her ability to reach a solution to my problem was completed in a short amount of time. As a consumer there r very few companies who hire and train their employees to handle consumers to the level that your company has. Your company should definitely recognize Janice as an invaluable Customer Service employee.
