I found it very difficult to determine which minisplit to buy. It looks to me that they are all made by the same company. To make the purchase, there are so many variables, such as price, delivery costs, customer support, warranty and so on. I had to make a spread-sheet with all the different variables, and finally bought one from your company and put it together. When I tried to turn it on, there was a direct short in the electrical supply. As it turns out, I had mis-wired the little disconnect box which is extra but code compliant and your tech support directed my attention to that with a great photo. When I fixed the wiring, the unit started right up and has worked ever since. Soooo glad I got one from your company.
