Fake Gift
They have been advertising "free gifts" such as a mirror charm and eyeshadow charm on their website, with popups to tell you how much more you need to sepnd to get them. Today, after spending more money than I was originally going to, and some time reaching these thresholds, and them appearing in my basket and the order conformation email perfectly fine, I have received another email saying that the gifts do not exist and have been removed from my order! I have screenshot to prove it. There has been no offer of reimbursement. Another lesson learned - companies will always try to trick you into parting eith your cash, and not be held liable because of a technicality. I feel cheated and have now learned that this company is" too good to be true" with their fake offers of loyalty rewards. I have contacted them and may request a refund because the experience of buying this treat for me and gift for my friend has been ruined, and I will not feel happy looking at my makeup and remembering how the brand has taken advantage of me and made me feel a fool for trusting them.
