HORRIBLE COMPANY. COMPLETE FRAUD. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I bought a ramp for 1150$ got charged 1732.50$ When I called spoke with Julie an oriental woman she said it was for shipping but my invoice clearly says shipping fees 0$ so then they had the IT guy call me and he said it was Shopify fees of 500$ plus taxes. I told him i wanted to get reimbursed, they refused, he didn't want to loose his add fee that he had to pay for the website and said it was my fault if I received the wrong one. Consumer protection clearly states that if you order "A" and you receive "B" they have to reimburse you. He said we don't have any policies. I went to their office at 1400 chemin du fer a cheval. The office no longer exists. They moved to 926 chemin du fer a cheval, very shady location. What I ordered is nothing like what I received. They refuse to give me the right one and they refuse to reimburse me. They are no longer answering calls or emails. I am now taking them to small claims court.
