Cancelled event of 1000.- CHF not refunding!
For the due to Covid canceled UPW event in Birmingham, worth about 1'000.- CHF, I'm still waiting for the refund of my payment. *That's a lack of professionalism and honesty, that no one is getting back to my e-mails. Whereas, when it comes to sell tickets, success resources is totally available.* I just learned that another participant from Switzerland had to contact her lawyer for the same inconvenience. I hope you guys react now and do the necessary, refunding me. That way, you don't mess up with your reputation and your credibility on behalf of your clients and I stop any further procedure with my lawyer and we on both sides save time, energy, and money. Right ? Kind regards, Hazal
