Had a small issue…. They made it smaller
Had a small issue with the motor on my Level 4 Rec. Took a video capturing the sound and showing and the support team immediately sent out a replacement quickly. Had 1400km on the bike when the issue became apparent and have put on another 300 since the repair. Not bad considering I only purchased the bike in June. A wonderful experience despite the failure and I have become a huge fan of Aventon bikes and their support!
