These people are AWFUL
These people are AWFUL. I’m in financial difficulty and pay them well over $1000 to help me. They connect me with a local attorney…I’m unable to get all my paperwork ready, and receive a message saying they will close my file unless I call them at a specific number. So I call. I leave a message AND SEND AN EMAIL. I also attempt NUMEROUS TIMES AND DIFFERENT WAYS TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY DIRECTLY…ZERO RESPONSE from Upright or the attorney. Finally I get back on the website and request assistance again to get a response. I start getting an UNBELIEVABLE amount of calls and texts, I reply with what I had been going through for MONTHS and they give me a number to call. This number someone answers and tells me my file was closed. EVEN THOUGH I MADE EVERY EFFORT IMAGINABLE AND FOLLOWED THEIR INSTRUCTIONS TO STOP IT FROM BEING CLOSED!!! So I requested a refund. They informed me I would get $335 back of the well over $1000 I had paid. THANKS FOR NOTHING. WORTHLESS!! Also….WHY do all the good reviews say, “Invited”??? LIARS! Response to their response… They are not truthful, I absolutely ATTEMPTED to contact them on numerous occasions, in every way I could. I emailed, left messages at their offices…all with zero response. I found a reputable attorney on my own…and he will not even look at your case OR TAKE ANY MONEY FROM YOU until you have completed a list of things, including getting all of your paperwork together and filling out a packet of paperwork sent from their office. Upright Law are crooks, who essentially stole my money.
