Books never arrived
Books never arrived, no explanation from elector. I had to chase up from the tracking number. Apparently the books had been returned to sender due to custom declaration details. I did get a refund, but the book deal is now over. Edit: Managed to reorder the books which were sent via another courier and received no problems. Still can't understand why the books were returned by the courier and refunded without any communication. But support were great and got things sorted.
