It can come across as a scam
Edit: although the customer service was abhorrent still, the products did eventually arrive. So it's not a scam.. but if you're trying to get a hold of the status/location of your package, don't expect a straight forward answer whatsoever. I updated it to 3 stars instead of 1 as the delivery was below par and the quality is below what you'd expect for such prices.
