Extremely Happy with my Purchase!
This was my first time shopping with ChicWish, and I am extremely happy with their merchandise, as well as their EXCELLENT customer service. One of the items I purchased was a Halloween dress. I wasn't sure of the sizing and figured that sometimes holiday items aren't made that well and might run a little small, so I ordered a size large and after it arrived, I was very impressed with the quality of this dress. It was made extremely well but it was a little big for me. I wasn't sure of the return or exchange policy and was pleased to find out that I could return or exchange this dress for no fee or additional charge. ChicWish sent me a return shipping label and I requested a size medium to replace the size large. The size medium was shipped to me promptly and it fit perfect! I am so happy with both the quality of their products (my other two items were also of a high quality) as well as their customer service. I received emails from Chicwish throughout my order process advising me of when I could expect my order, and also with my replacement. I will definitely shop with ChicWish again and highly recommend them if you want a good shopping experience. They deserve 10 stars!!
