Great customer experience
Our 314Ah Mini Smart LiFeP04 battery in our truck camper worked great for our cross Canada trip this summer. Once we returned home, the camper sat for two weeks and the battery went into BMS mode and shut down the voltage. Upon consulting with Talia at WattCycle, she couriered me a replacement battery. All seems to be working fine now. Very pleased with the customer service of Talia and WattCycle. Thank you so much, Bill Lang
