Damaged printer and poor customer service
Ordered a new system, delivered quickly but with a smashed enclosure. Customer service is dreadful and the 3d printer is unusable. I cut myself open the glass enclosure. Still waiting for a response after 3 days and desperate to get a replacement printer for my business. If Creality are reading this then please get back to me!!!! Buy a Bambu or Prusa instead! Don't be lulled with their clever advertising
