Worst customer service, worst site NEVER BOOK from REDBUS!! Their refundable option is a scam , they wont refund .. when i call customer service they had block my number even after using another phone. They blocked it as well. Unhelpful. I was left stranded on the streets and i had wasted money on 4 extra tickets just because of redbus ! Dont ever book from redbus
