No Dyno Tune for 2023 + Harley Davidsons
Attention Techno Research Support Team, I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of software support for my 2025 Softail M8 Gen 2. I recently paid a dealer for a Dyno tune. The dealer was told by you and was under the impression that your software was compatible and available. It has since become clear that this is not the case, leaving both the dealer and customers like myself at a significant disadvantage. As a result, I am currently out $1,000 for a service that cannot be completed. These Gen 2 motorcycles have been on the market since 2023, yet a software tune is still unavailable. Please let me know when you expect to release the necessary software update or how you intend to rectify this situation.
