Trying to get a refund is impossible. They make you jump through the hoops and then they go silent. Update: I was asked to delete or modify the above review. Based on my experience it took a very long time to get a refund with long delays in communication. I had to poke them a couple of times after I had followed all their return rules to a T. I think their app is too insecure according to the disclaimer that pops up as of 8/1/2025. The product itself is good so far.
