Grateful for the refund.
I special-ordered a mother-of-the-bride dress - to fit my measurements - and it was AWFUL. It was too big in some places and too small in others. The fabric also was not as advertised. SO - I wrote a review of my situation and was given a COMPLETE REFUND (minus shipping), despite the fact that I had custom- ordered the dress and knew in advance that the company doesn't generally take back custom orders. I am grateful to the company for taking my concerns seriously and doing what they could to right the situation.
