What a disaster! I should've had - NEEDED - the biz cards more than a week ago, now there's a 2-day waiting period for them to find out what happened... The RIGHT thing for this company to do is print another batch & overnight it to me - but they won't even consider it! I asked last week for them to look into it - they refused. This is a fly-by-night outfit, you MAY get what you need at some point - but YOU need to stay on top of it. They sent me multiple proofs of the other item AFTER it was delivered...
