Do not pay them any money
Bunch of cowboys. Absolute rip-off leagues, try to tie you in, make it impossible to leave and make threats when you won't pay. The leagues themselves are poorly organised, there's little regard for player safety and a lack of duty of care by most umpires. Do not waste your money. You're better off finding a nice locally-organised league.
